Shipping Policy

At Motor Dock Marine, we arrange shipping for used outboard motors to customers across the United States. Because these engines are large and heavy items, they are shipped using freight carriers that specialize in transporting marine equipment.

Shipping Rates

We offer a simple shipping structure for orders within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $199 per order
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $5,000 qualify for free standard freight shipping within the United States.

The shipping fee covers standard freight delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order has been prepared and scheduled with the freight carrier, a shipping confirmation will be sent with delivery details.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most deliveries within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, and freight availability.

Freight Delivery

Outboard motors are typically shipped on a pallet or in protective packaging to help ensure safe transportation. Freight carriers deliver to the address provided during checkout and may contact the customer to arrange a delivery window if required.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please note the issue with the delivery driver before signing and contact us so we can assist with the situation.

Shipping Coverage

Flat-rate shipping applies to deliveries within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require a separate shipping quote.
